About
Targeted Massage, Mindful Movement & Creative Wellness in Bar Harbor, Maine
Designed for:
Living with chronic pain or lingering injuries often means constantly adjusting how you move, work, and rest — just to make it through the day. Over time, that kind of quiet management becomes exhausting, especially when life doesn’t slow down long enough for real recovery.
When this happens you end up pushing through your workday, trying to stay active, going above and beyond to show up for others— all while having to ignore when your body protests.
I’ve been there. I’ve dealt with an injury that once made me question whether I would ever live without pain. I left healthcare appointments feeling rushed, unheard and uncertain, with more questions than clarity. Despite everything I tried, things didn’t seem to get better. Like many of my clients, I found myself wanting to understand why my body hurt, and how to care for it proactively — not just manage symptoms.
When I became a massage therapist, I finally had the training to recognize muscle patterns, restrictions, and compensations, and the perspective to recognize how often pain makes sense when someone takes the time to look closely and ask the right questions. More importantly, I learned how adaptable and capable of change the human body truly is.
Today, I help clients move beyond short-term relief by providing anatomy-informed, personalized care focused on recovery, function, and long-term comfort. My goal is simple: to help you feel better in your body so you can do what you love, live fully and stay active.

Let’s get personal…
I’m a Mount Desert Island native, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and artist, living and working in Bar Harbor, Maine just outside Acadia National Park. This place has always shaped who I am, grounding me in community while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and care in everything I do.
Over the years, that quest for knowledge and connection has also taken me beyond Maine. Through travel and continuing education abroad, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from different cultures, teachers, and approaches to healing. These experiences continue to shape how I work with clients today.
When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me exploring Acadia’s trails, painting the surprising and beautiful places I visit, or soaking up the sunshine with my family. In 2023, I became a mother, which brought new meaning and perspective to both my life and my work. With a young son, my days are more rooted here on MDI, and I cherish our time exploring together. This season has deepened my commitment to caring for myself, my family, and the people who trust me with their care.
If you’re curious about how massage, movement, or mindful care could support your life, I’d love to connect and learn more about what you’re experiencing so we can find the right approach for you.
