Total Reset
Whether you are experiencing severe and acute pain/discomfort, or mild and intermittent, all pain is an important signal to slow down and take care. In this service, targeted massage techniques are utilized to unwind deeply held tension, allowing the body the opportunity to release and let go of pain and stress. All affected layers of the body are targeted including fascia, connective tissues and deep and superficial muscles.
These techniques aim to increase blood flow and oxygen, improve joint function, reduce tension and stress, ease pain, encourage healing, and promote body alignment, proper muscle function and general wellness.
Typically, this massage includes a focus for specific tension areas that may benefit from deeper pressure and attention.

Hot Stone Massage
The Earth element properties in this luxurious massage are designed to ground and nurture, soothing the body and calming the mind.
Smooth, heated, basalt stones and warm massage oils compliment a full body massage focusing on deeply warming and relaxing the muscles, melting tension away. When the stones are used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the placement and movement can provide pain relief, promote circulation and reach the deepest muscle layers with gentle, penetrating heat.
This tremendously calming experience is best enjoyed on cold/rainy days and by those who enjoy added warmth.
